Come by Clark Memorial Library and see our new Story Walk! An Eagle Scout Project created by Margaret Bryson. Read page by page while taking a leisurely stroll in our yard!

Autumn Story Hour

Fridays at 10:30am from September 5th to November 21st - Autumn Story Hour is coming soon! Come listen to stories, sing, and create a craft. Suitable for ages 18 months to 5 years. There will be no Story Hour on October 3rd.

September 1st - We will be closed for Labor Day.

September 4th at 6:30pm - Join RIDEM Division of Fish and Wildlife to learn about coyote natural history, discoveries made by the Narragansett Bay Coyote Study, and ways to coexist with them.

Introducing Classic Movie Mondays, for the next couple of months, we'll be showing two classic movies per month. A list of the full lineup is available at the front desk.

September 9th at 7:00pm - Join us to talk about Custodians of Wonder by Eliot Stein.

September 19th at 6:30pm - Join us for a showing of the NEW How to Train Your Dragon live action movie! Bring a cozy blanket and covered drink to enjoy the show!

September 23rd at 6:30pm - Come by Clark Memorial Library this evening to learn how to safely forage for mushrooms with Emily and Ryan Bouchard! Mushroom hunting is actually a great family activity provided that the kids agree to the main rule: never eat any wild mushroom without your parents’ supervision. Sign up is not required but it is recommended that you bring a notebook and writing utensil to take notes! This is a slideshow-lecture class with The Mushroom Hunting Foundation that is recommended for adults and mature kids.

September 30th at 6:30pm - Come by Clark Memorial Library this evening to create a
fall themed penny rug! Sign up is required. All supplies will be provided. Call at 401-364-6100 or stop by the front desk to secure your spot.

Lego Club

Lego Club for children of all ages. Join us a create with our very own Legos. Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. Have your creations displayed on the Lego Club Creations page of our website!

Genealogy Group

Meeting Thursdays at 3 pm! Meet with others interested in genealogy and learn where and how to find out more about your roots!
